Our Customer Service Representatives handle most of our customer service work. They work with our customers to set up new services, find the most affordable fixed rate for their needs, update billing information, answer questions, and more.

As you can find in our customer service reviews, we value the importance of building and maintaining a good relationship. That's a good part of why we offer a customer loyalty program.

How long have you worked for True Natural Gas? 

I have worked for True Natural Gas for almost five years.

What is your favorite part of working here? 

My favorite part about working for True is my coworkers. They make coming to work enjoyable, and we work together in the best ways to serve our customers. That's not just lip service; that's part of the culture here. 

What's a unique part about working here? 

The unique partnerships we have with Coweta EMC. Both True and Coweta work as a team to provide the best customer service experience to all.

What is your biggest career lesson so far? 

Always work with someone you enjoy; you spend most of your day at work so being happy in your professional role is important.

What is your favorite part of providing customer service to True Natural Gas customers? 

My favorite thing about providing customer service is the relationships that I get to build. I love hearing about the changes in their lives and building a rapport.

What's your favorite thing to do when you aren't working? 

My favorite thing to do when I am not working is spend time with my son and my new puppy!

What's your favorite place in the world? 

The beach! I love the water!

What's a fun fact about you that many people may not know? 

Out of 14 grandchildren, I am the only girl.

What is your motto or personal mantra? 

"I've learned that people will forget what you said, people may forget what you did, but people never forget how you made them feel"—Maya Angelou.

What is one food that you cannot resist? 

I love chicken wings! I could eat them every day.

What tv show or movie are you ashamed to admit you love? 

I still LOVE Disney everything! Always a kid at heart!
