At True Natural Gas, we make your customer experience easy, from start to finish. When it comes time to pay your bill, you can choose the payment method that works best for you! We accept various forms of payments, including checks, credit cards, and ACH automatic bank drafts. You may pay your True Natural Gas Bill in person, by phone or by mail, online, or through our app.
This variety of methods allows you to pay your bill simply and securely through the process you find most convenient.
Options for Paying Your True Natural Gas Bill
At True Natural Gas, we understand customers have preferences when paying their bills. We recently made upgrades to our payment portal and phone app to make the bill pay experience as smooth and as fast as possible. Paying your bills shouldn't be an all-day affair, and at True Natural Gas, it doesn't have to be.
When you go online to pay, you may notice you’ve been rerouted to utility.org. Some customers wonder if this is supposed to happen. Rest assured that it is. True Natural Gas is a subsidiary of Coweta-Fayette EMC (CFEMC). So if you see this reference as you pay your bill, it is normal and not cause for concern.
Other things to note: You may not pay your True Natural Gas through our chat feature, and you must be in the U.S. at the time of payment.

Paying Through Our Online Portal
Paying your True Natural Gas bill through our online portal makes your life easy. Our online portal is user-friendly, so you can pay your bill quickly every month. Follow the steps below to pay your True Natural Gas bill online:
- Visit the following webpage for our online portal: https://www.truenaturalgas.com/.
- Select “My Account” at the top of the page in the banner.
- Click “View and Pay Your Bill Online.” The website will take you to our EMC payment portal. This is where you’ll be able to make a payment for your gas bill.
- Log in to your True Natural Gas account. If you don’t already have an online account in place, you will need to set one up before you can continue to pay your bill online. Need help creating an account? Watch this brief video overview for help.
- Simply pay your online bill here, with any of the payment methods listed above. Now, you’re all set!
