How Does the True Rewards Program Work?
Our True Rewards program is straightforward, just like our gas service. Let's go through the steps:
- Get your natural gas from True Natural Gas. You can sign up for the service if you are not yet a customer.
- Once you are a customer, you are automatically enrolled in the True Rewards Program. There is no need to go through a complicated enrollment process.
- Pay your bill as usual. But make sure your account is in good standing for 12 months straight. Good standing means paying your bill on time and not having problems with the payment method.
- After 12 months of good account standing, we will automatically start taking 50¢ off your monthly Customer Service Charge.
- Every 12 months after that, we will automatically take another 50¢ off your monthly customer service charge. Before you know it, your monthly service charge can be as low as $3.45! Once final bill credits have been reached, you are saving $30 a year.
