In 2002, after being empowered by the Georgia Public Service Commission as a marketer, Coweta-Fayette EMC Natural Gas began marketing natural gas to both residential and business customers all over Georgia. In 2013, we changed our marketing name to reflect who we are and what we stand for — True Natural Gas.
Our parent company, Coweta-Fayette EMC, was founded in 1945 and provides electricity to over 65,000 customers in parts of seven counties. They are known for their reliability and exceptional customer service.

Lily Shi
Director of Asian Market Sales
Lily joined True Natural Gas in 2021. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 and began her 16-year natural-gas career as Director of Asian Market Sales with Infinite Energy. Lily is an executive board member of the Chinese Business Association of Atlanta and is involved with many other Asian associations in Georgia. She immigrated to America from China in 1995. When she isn’t selling gas, Lily enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and meeting new friends.
Melissa Jones
Commercial Sales Executive
Melissa has over 8 years of experience in the natural gas industry in Georgia, mostly attending to the needs of commercial and industrial customers on the AGL system. Previous experience includes residential and commercial sales, customer service, and outside sales support. She specializes in helping small and large commercial customers determine their natural gas needs and provides solutions to fit each customer with excellent pricing and service. Off the job, Melissa is on the dance floor taking ballroom lessons or competing — Two Step and Waltz are her favorites.

Gloria is a bilingual (Spanish and English) business professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and the energy industry. Since 2009 she has built a strong reputation for serving diverse communities, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering exceptional service. Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Gloria brings cultural insight, professionalism, and a people-first approach to her work. She is proud of her Latino heritage and proudly calls America home. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing to Latin rhythms, following flamenco culture, Formula 1, travel, and fashion.

Michael Moseley
Director of Commercial Sales
Michael leads a team of Commercial Sales Representatives offering competitive rates to large commercial businesses across Georgia. Mr. Moseley joined True Natural Gas in 2015 and served as a Commercial Sales Representative before being promoted to this position. He has an extensive background in relationship and team building from many years in leadership positions in the banking industry prior to joining True.
